homes at affordable prices for the discriminating home buyer. Lee Schaeffer
brings his engineering skill and the concepts of duty, honor, country, from his
background at West Point, the United States Military Academy as well as forty
years of business and military experience. |

Lee's 28 moves throughout his professional career have provided a basis for
understanding what the concerned family buyer is seeking in a home; Lee and his
family have had opportunities to live in many diverse styles of homes. Perhaps
that is why his house plans are extremely well suited for family enjoyment.
Lee's graduate degree, a Master's in Business Administration from Old Dominion
University, has widened his ability to take an idea or plan to completion with
particular attention to each and every detail.
Lee's son, Karl Schaeffer, has joined Schaeffer
properties as a Product Manager. Karl's studies at Clemson University and
Limestone College have provided him a general understanding of business
concepts. He has spent months on each of the crews to better understand the
complex process of building the perfect home. He, too, realizes that one's
surroundings create an environment for family happiness and success.
